Girls are under presented in STEM world. Only a quarter of works are female in STEM world. Engaging girls in STEM and 12% of board members in IT industrial are female. Engaging girls in STEM program help boost their confidence, improve the problem solving skill and  feel comfortable to adapt to new technologies.
